Booking Policy
Please fill out Client Intake Consent Form prior to booking for the first time. It is also required for multiple guests. All guests need to fill out the form prior to receiving treatment if it is their first time.
For health and safety purposes please provide any 2 clean sheets and a pillow case for your treatment. If you cannot absolutely provide, please let me know in the note section when booking your appointment so that I may provide the sheets for you. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation Policy
I understand that illness and emergencies happen. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Thank you for your consideration.
Consistent cancellations will result in complete termination of relationship with Arukah Therapy provider
No Shows
A no show is when you are not at the location/home we have agreed upon for whatever reason. A full service fee will be charged for no shows. Reminders of your appointment are sent. Please be sure to save it in your calendar to avoid this, thank you.
Late Appointment
A late appointment is when you arrive late to your place/location for whatever reason. Being late to your appointment will result in a shorter treatment.
Mileage Policy
A mileage fee of $2 per mile is charged after 15 miles away from Norwalk CA.
Payment Policy
Mileage fee will be added after arriving at destination if traveling over 15 miles away from Norwalk CA.

Packages
Massage package of 3 expire 3 months after 1st treatment and package of 6 within 6 months. For chronic pain, it is recommended to recieve treatment 1-2 times a week for the first month and then every 1-4 times monthly for maintenace work. Pure Relaxation Massage is recommended 1-2 times monthly for maintenace or anytime you need to de-stress.
Lymphatic and Body contouring package of 3 expire 1 months after 1st treatment. Package of 6 expire 2 months after 1st treatment. This is because these treatments cannot be booked farther apart if you want the best results.
No refunds if you decide to cancel a package before the sessions are fully complete
